BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT I HEREBY WAIVE CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE M1 CONCOURSE, LLC, A MICHIGAN LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, EQUITY HOLDERS, CLUB MEMBERS, GARAGE OWNERS, SPONSORS, SUPPLIERS, FLEET VEHICLE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, LICENSEES, CUSTOMERS AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MANAGERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE HEIRS, LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS (collectively, "M1") AND, IF APPLICABLE, THE PERSON OR ENTITY THAT IS RENTING CERTAIN M1 FACILITIES OR RESOURCES IN CONNECTION WITH THE EVENT AND THEIR AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, EQUITY HOLDERS, SUPPLIERS, LICENSORS, CUSTOMERS AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE HEIRS, LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS (collectively, the "Renter", and TOGETHER with M1, the "Indemnified Parties").

01 SCOPE

I desire to attend or participate in one or more events located at or sponsored by, in whole or in part, M1 (each an "Event" and collectively the "Events"). In consideration of being permitted to attend or participate in Events, I hereby agree to all the terms of this Release of Liability and Waiver of Rights (this "Release").

This Release shall apply to all Events that I attend within one (1) year from the date I sign this Release.

This Release applies to all Events I attend or in which I participate, whether as an attendee, observer, driver, passenger, spectator, or otherwise. This Release shall be binding upon and enforceable against me and my personal representatives, heirs, spouse, family members, next of kin, assigns, insurers, executors, and administrators (collectively and without limitation, my "Affiliates").

02 ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I am knowingly and voluntarily assuming all risks related to my attendance at or participation in all Events. I understand that participation in Events involves inherent and extraordinary risks and dangers of injuries, accidents, rescue operations, emergency treatment, property loss or damage, serious and permanent personal and bodily injury, death, severe personal and economic losses, medical problems, including those that may develop many months or years later, emotional distress, mental or physical illness, irreversible neurological trauma, disability, and/or death (collectively, "Injuries").

These may result not only from my own actions, inactions, or negligence, but also from the actions, inactions, or negligence of others, including the Indemnified Parties, or the condition of the facilities, equipment, or vehicles. Further, there may be other risks not known to me or reasonably foreseeable at this time. I understand and I have considered the risks involved, and I voluntarily agree to freely choose to assume these risks.

03 RELEASE FROM LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, I, on behalf of myself and my Affiliates, hereby unconditionally and irrevocably waive and fully and forever release, surrender, acquit, and discharge the Indemnified Parties, and all others involved in Events from any and all Injuries (including death), losses, damages, claims (including negligence claims), actions, court actions, suits, legal proceedings, demands, lawsuits, costs, expenses (including out of pocket legal fees), judgments, obligations, penalties, and any other liability of any kind (collectively, "Claims") directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with my attendance at or participation in Events.

04 INDEMNITY

I, on behalf of myself and my Affiliates, shall defend, indemnify, protect, save and hold harmless and reimburse the Indemnified Parties from and against any and all Claims imposed on, incurred by, or asserted against any of the Indemnified Parties or paid by any of them in their sole discretion to any person (including me or my insurers) arising out of, or otherwise in connection with my attendance at or participation in Events.

05 COVENANT NOT TO SUE & SUBROGATION WAIVER

I irrevocably covenant and agree not to sue or initiate any Claim against any of the Indemnified Parties, nor join or assist in the prosecution of any Claim, for any matter released herein, even if due to the negligence, omission or fault of the Indemnified Parties.

I waive my insurers' right to make a claim against any of the Indemnified Parties based on payments by insurers to me or on my behalf for any reason (waiver of subrogation).

06 REPRESENTATIONS & PHYSICAL FITNESS

I represent and warrant that I am at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license. I am in good health, in proper physical and mental condition, and I do not have any medical conditions that would impair my ability to drive, ride, or participate safely. I am not under the influence of any drugs, alcohol, or impairing substances.

07 SAFETY & BREATHALYZER CONSENT

I will follow all M1 rules, policies, procedures, and staff instructions at all times. I agree to submit to a breathalyzer test if required by M1 in advance of participating in each Event.

08 CONSENT TO TREATMENT & MEDICAL EXPENSES

I consent to receive emergency medical treatment if necessary and agree that I am solely responsible for any and all costs and expenses related to medical care, transportation, or evacuation.

09 MARKETING, PHOTOGRAPHY & PUBLICITY

I irrevocably grant M1 the right to capture and use my name, likeness, photos, and video taken during Events for promotional, marketing, and institutional purposes without compensation.

10 VEHICLES (AS-IS & PERSONAL VEHICLE WARRANTY)

Any vehicle or equipment provided by M1 is provided "AS IS" with no warranties. If using my personal vehicle, I warrant it has been properly maintained, inspected by a licensed mechanic within 90 days, and meets state insurance minimums.

11-15 GOVERNING LAW, JURY WAIVER & ENTIRE AGREEMENT

11. Governing Law: Governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

12. Waiver of Jury Trial: I irrevocably waive any right to trial by jury in any legal action related to this Release.

13. Severability: If any provision is held invalid, all other provisions remain in full force.

14. Complete Agreement: Constitutes the full agreement superseding all prior oral or written discussions.

15. Minors: If signing on behalf of minors, I warrant full legal guardianship and assume all indemnification obligations.
